在网上找了很久也没有解决问题;唯一有关的

参考他的方法仍然失败,可能在中断地址不同上,尽管晶体相同

考虑到即使装上网卡性能还是不稳定，最终的解决办法是屏蔽了集成网卡用转接卡转接了块3com网卡;

还有就是系统在启动的时候总是报acpi错误

解决办法就是在系统中关闭acpi;
